Your
request for an extension of this deadline to September 30, 1989 has been
approved by the Division to allow you to analyze vegetation data to be
collected this summer. This data will be used to determine if Blue Ribbon
will be allowed to remove the collection ditch of concern as well as the
sediment ponds.
Should the Di vi sign determine that Blue Ribbon's vegetation submittal does not
demonstrate that the ditch and ponds may be removed, Blue Ribbon must revise
the collection ditch designs. Blue Ribbon must submit acceptable new plans
within 30 days of the Division's determination. Actual ground implementation
of the designs must be completed within 60 days of the Division's original
determination relating to the submitted vegetation data.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
Y
~~~~~~~
Matthew S.
