The permit <br />holder has retained Steve O'Brien of Environment, Inc. in Arvada, <br />Colorado, to prepare the necessary annual report and map. Mr. <br />O'Brien has indicated to me that the report and map should be <br />completed and submitted to you by the end of next week. He further <br />indicated that he would telephone you directly and let you know of <br />his involvement in preparing the report. <br />Under the present circumstances we see no reason why Western <br />Mobil, Inc., the operator of the Sievers Ranch Pit and in <br />possession of the real property pursuant to a lease agreement with <br />the owner of the property, should not be the permit holder instead <br />of the owner of the property. It is therefore our intention to <br />process a Succession of Operators' Application for the Sievers <br />Ranch Pit as soon as the annual report and map are submitted.
