2006 Annual Reclamation Report <br />Edna Mine <br />Permit C-80-001 <br />Introduction <br />The purpose of this report is to provide updated information pertaining to the reclamation of the Edna <br />Mine and discuss bond release, affected area, topsoiled and seeded acreage summaries. The previous <br />report, dated March 2006, reported reclamation activities up through the end of 2005. This report <br />discusses reclamation data and maintenance activity up through the end of 2006. <br />The report is divided into several sections including: Colorado Division of Mining, Reclamation and <br />Safety Annual Reclamation Report for the Yeaz 2006; Reclaimed Land Acreage Summary; and 2006 <br />Maintenance. The tables provided summarize total acreage for all years of mining and reclamation <br />activity at the mine covered by the Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal <br />Mining (effective August 30, 1980). The exhibits provided illustrate the location of bond release areas, <br />topsoiled and seeded areas, and all maintenance activity performed in 2006. <br />1 of 8 <br />
