~:

,Robinson Brick Company is filing this Annual Report as part of the 112c Annual Fee and
Report Request requirements of the Slate of Colorado.
The Chieftain North Mine is located in Jefferson County, Colorado in the western portion
of the City of Lakewood.
The mine is on active status with regazd to clay mining, hauling and stockpiling activities.
Operations (Current Year)
CNR mining disturbed approximately 3.5 additional acres in the northeastem portion of
the CNR pit and the southwestern portion of the permit area where a new stockpile pad
was constructed.
CNN mining activities did not disturb any additional areas.
Permitted acreage remains the same at 165.91 acres. Disturbance has increased by 3
acres, to a total of 22.8 acres as a result of the CNR mining activities.
Please see attached updated map.
No reclamation was done during this reporting period.
Operations (Next Year)
Additional CNR clay will be removed. All plans in this regard have yet to be finalized,
however, additional disturbance is likely. It is estimated that an additional 1 - 2 acres
will be disturbed in the northeastem area of the CNR pit azea.
Bonding
Deemed adequate at this time.
