Annual Hydrology Report, Request for Extension. <br />Deaz Mr. Burnell: <br />MCC is requesting an extension of time from the CDMG for submitting the 2004 WY Annual <br />Hydrology Report (AHR) for the West Elk Mine. The request is necessary and prudent to compile the <br />information from the NPDES reports and include the Mine Water Balance.
