1
ANNUAL REPORT FOR 2003
MINING PERMIT N0. M-1993-030
As of April 15, 2004, all impact areas are as indicated
on the accompanying updated "Affected Lands Map" (ALM).
All excavations shown in green have been backfilled, con-
tour graded and seeded, as required. Except for areas 2
and 5 in mining parcel No. 3 as shown in orange on the (ALM).
These two pits will be excavated to a deeper level and the
areas will not be increased unless values discovered require
more area to recover them (see the two orange spots on the
ALM). Activity in the permitted areas during the mining
season of 2003 amounted to exactly nothing due to my own
ill health. I may have to draft an agreement with one of
my associates if my health does not improve. The above not-
ed statements consist of all that I am aware of at this time.
Please contact me if you have any questions.
The "Operators" Plan of Operations with the U.S. Forest
Service (USFS) was approved by (USFS) on 12/12/01 for a
period of 5 seasons or until 12/31/06.
If there are any questions or needed additional information,
please contact the Owner/Operator at the address or tele-
phone number shown on the accompanying data.
Sincerely,
John 0.
