<br />Re: Who Do Mine & Gold Nill Mill, Permit No. M-83-141, Annual Fee and Report,
<br />Notice of Violation No. M-93-074
<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />C.R.S. 34-32-116(3) and (4), and Permit No. M-83-141 require Mi Vida Enterprises,
<br />Inc. and Colina Oro Molino, Inc. to submit an annual fee and an annual report on or
<br />before September 7 of each year. As of this date, the Division of Minerals and
<br />Geology (the "Division") has not received Mi Vida Enterprises, Inc. and Colina Oro
<br />Molino, Inc.'s annual fee of $225.00 and report for September 8, 1992 through
<br />September 7, 1993. Therefore, Mi Vida Enterprises, Inc. and Colina Oro Molino,
<br />Inc. are in violation of the above cited statutes and the provisions of
<br />• Permit No. M-83-141. Also, be aware that no new permits for mining operations
<br />shall be granted to Mi Vida Enterprises, Inc. and Colina Oro Molino, Inc.
<br />(C.R.S. 34-32-120) until the violation is abated with the State of Colorado.
<br />Pursuant to C.R.S. 34-32-124(7), as amended, Mid Vida Enterprises, Inc. and Colina
<br />Oro Molino, Inc. are hereby assessed a civil penalty in the amount of $225.00.
<br />If Mi Vida Enterprises, Inc. and Colina Oro Molino, Inc. fail to submit the annual
<br />fee, annual report, and the assessed civil penalty by November 30, 1993, this
<br />matter will be scheduled for Formal Public Hearing before the Mined Land
<br />Reclamation Board for consideration of a Cease and Desist Order at the
<br />December 15-16, 1993 Board Meeting.
<br />IN ORDER TO AVOID A CEASE AND DESIST ORDER, PLEASE SUBMIT $225.00 FOR ANNUAL FEES,
<br />$225.00 FOR THE CIVIL PENALTY (FOR A TOTAL OF $450.00), AND THE ANNUAL REPORT BY
<br />NOVEMBER 30, 1993.

<br />The Board Meeting will be held on December 15 and 16, 1993, in Room 316 of
<br />1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, beginning at 9:00 a.rn. or as soon thereafter
<br />as the matter can be considered, and Mi Vida Enterprises, Inc. and Colina Oro
<br />Molino, Inc. will have the opportunity to be represented and heard.
