The Flan of Operations includes activities on the <br />Mineral Joe claims as well as the waste rock dump previously authorized to the DOE <br />by right-of-way COC-23834. The right-of-way case file for the waste rock dump is <br />canceled. The following stipulations apply to the Project area (all of CDMG permit <br />area M-77-284 and a portion of CDMG permit area M-77-310). They are required to <br />insure no significant impacts will occur. <br />For any new disturbances not within the footprint of the existing disturbances <br />(except for structures}, a plan of operations amendment must be filed and <br />approval gained from this office. BLM will be notified of any changes to the <br />mine permits through plan amendments. Notify BLM when reclamation starts. <br />Cultural resource and Threatened and Endangered Species inventories by BLM <br />are required prior to any surface disturbance outside of existing disturbance. <br />Structures will be inventoried by BLM to determine if there is any cultural <br />significance. BLM will recommend if any structures should be saved. <br />All structures will be removed unless specifically authorized by the BLM to <br />protect cultural and historic values. <br />The operator/claimant will continue to comply with 43 CFR 3815.2, 3715.2-1 <br />and 3715.5. Use or occucancy of the land is limited to that which is reasonably <br />incident. <br />The C-JD-6 permit states that the BLM recommended seedmix will be used for <br />reclamation. This should also apply to the Mineral Joe permit as well. At the <br />time of reclamation, BLM will recommend a seed mix. Currently the <br />recommended pinion juniper seed requirements are: <br />
