NORTHWEST COLORADO CONSULTANTS, iNC. <br />Project: Refuse Pile <br />Location: Foidel Creek Mine <br />Client: Twentymile Coal Co. <br />Project No.; 99-3983 <br />Report No.: 27 <br />Date: 6/26/06 <br />Time: 5.0 <br />Mileage: 44 <br />EngrJTech: CR/HV <br />Work Performed: <br />As requested, we visited the project site on this date and conducted nuclear density test No.'s 320 through 327 on <br />the material that was placed in the refuse pile. <br />Twentymile Coal Company crews placed and compacted processed Waste Coal in Areas 2 and 2'/~. <br />We obtained a moisture content sample at each test location and two composite samples of the material being <br />tested and delivered them to our laboratory for checkpoint Proctor determination. The composite samples <br />matched Sample Numbers 3 and 7 for this project. <br />Remarks: <br />The material tested generally met the project specifications for compaction. <br />Please refer to the attached sheet for results of today's testing. <br />Verbal Discussions: <br />Dave W allace of Twentymile Coal Co. was notified of today's test results. <br />
