This shall be refered to as <br />Sterling ome Office Pits ~iM-77-440. The common dividing line on <br />the drawings is Taft Hill Road (County Road 19). This annual report <br />may or may not represent the original M.L.R.B. permits exactly. <br />Please review and let us know if any technical revisions are necessary. <br />With respect to the Johnson Pit (M-77-441), we have been contacting <br />the original people involved with this reclamation plan. As man} of <br />these people are ex-employees, clarification and responsibilities; <br />have been difficult to formulate. We are going to be working with <br />Ron Mills with the City of Fort Collins. I will contact you within <br />six weeks and give you a detailed description and timetable of items <br />to be accomplished in order that Sterling Companies may fulfill cur <br />final performance for the release of the Johnson Pit. <br />Thank you for your help and patience in this matter.
