Cattalry <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource TrusMe <br />First quarter 2006 Waste Pile inspection report was received in the DMG office on May 4, 2006. The inspection of both <br />piles, Surface Waste Pile and Old No. 9 Excavation was conducted on Mazch 20, 2006. No additional material was <br />added to either pile during firs[ quarter 2006. The mine is in temporary cessation. No additional maintenance items were <br />identified for either pile. <br />Rule 4.09.1(11) states that the waste pile inspection report needs to be forwarded to the Division within two weeks of the <br />inspection.
