They aze well-organized and concise,
and they fulfill the Edna Mine's requirements to submit annual reclamation reports for 2000 and
2001.
For future reference, one item on the Division's Annual Reclamation Report form should be
reported differently than it has in the past. In the future the item "Acreage in long-term mining
or reclamation facilities" should correctly be reported as 76 acres. This value would be
consistent with the information in Table 2 of your report. The 0 acres shown on the form for
2000 and 2001 appears to have been carried over from previous years. The discrepancy is of no
consequence and does not warrant resubmitting the form. Please show the 76 acres on future
reports (assuming there aze no actual changes in the future for this item).
If you have any questions, please call me.
Sincerely,
/wi K r.('
Tom Kaldenbach
Environmental Protection Specialist
cc: Daniel I.
