We have <br />included an updated copy of our Mining Plan map showing the limits of activity thus far. <br />The annual fee of $550.00 is enclosed. <br />During the second year of operation, no additional acres have been affected. The total <br />affected area remains at 8.63 acres, of which about 7.3 acres has experienced some <br />mining activity. Now that we have exceeded 5 acres of affected area, reclamation of the <br />mined areas will begin. We hope that the enclosed report and map meet your <br />requirements.
