(3) <br />• <br />enough to the surface to drain. <br />Approximately 1/4 gpm flowed from this drain <br />on a continual basis. <br />A plan was submitted to Colorado Mined Land Reclamation with a proposal to <br />install 3 piezometers on the lower bench and to install 4 stability monuments on <br />the nutter edge of the lower bench and 9 monuments on the nutter edge of the <br />top of the bench. <br />The work remaining on the project is: placement of coal waste, placement <br />of colluvium as cover and on the ends, installation of underdrains and reclama- <br />tion. The work during this quarter was done in a good workmanship manner and <br />in accordance with the approved plan with the minor exceptions stated herein. <br />Based upon the information stated herein, regular field investigations, and <br />• <br />professional consultation, I hereby certify that Blue Ribbon Coal Company's <br />Bench project has been done in accordance with the plan approved by Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation. <br />• <br />
