Attached to <br />the report form are discussions pertaining to <br />existing disturbance, backfilling and grading, soil <br />and spoil monitoring, revegetation, sedimentation <br />pond surveys, and stock tanks. Exhibit 91.1 is <br />included to show all mining-related disturbances <br />and grading accomplishments from January 1, 1991 <br />through December 31, 1991. Information related to <br />soil and spoil monitoring is shown on Exhibits 91.2 <br />amd 91.3. The 1991 seeding, planting, and noxious <br />weed survey information is presented on Exhibit <br />91.4. Existing topography cross-sections are shown <br />on Exhibits 91.5 and 91.6. <br />Also enclosed are three copies of the 1991 Annual <br />Vegetation Monitoring Report for Seneca II Mine. <br />The report was prepared by ESCD Associates, Inc. of <br />Boulder, Colorado. <br />Lastly, three sets of the as-built drawings for the <br />13 stock tanks constructed during 1991 (Exhibits <br />13-9.T1 thru 13-9.T13) are enclosed. Three copies <br />
