DMG Permit No. M-88-I 12 <br />Quorterly and Bi-weekly Sampling <br />Dear Mr. Dillie: <br />Enclosed are analytical reports from Sangre De Cristo Labs ~SDC) and Accu-Labs laboratories for <br />the recent quarterly and bi-weekly sampling periods as specified in the Apri! 1992 Abatement Plon. <br />Results of humidity cell tests from CORE lab are also enclosed. The cross-reference table between <br />sample identification numbers, sample types, and sample locations is also attached. <br />All required sampling was completed. Analyses That have been received are enclosed and those <br />that have not been received will be forwarded to you as soon as they are sent to me. Field and <br />rinse blanks were collected as part of the QA/QC and are also included here. The Surface v.~ofer <br />stations RS-4 and RS-6 were inspected and found to be dry. <br />When we checked the piezometers on November 04, 1997 the piezometers were dry or contained <br />well below 12 inches of water. <br />M-10 well showed a trace of total cyanide (0.013) on the quarterly sample. This well was resampled <br />and the total cyanide result was below detect. M-I 1 R quarterly sample result showed high <br />rnangonese X0.079) and was resampled.
