At this meeting, the Board will consider a possible violation of your permit and the Mined Land Reclamation Act for failure to remit all annual fees required under the law and any appropriate corrective action. Division records indicate you owe X100.00. The meeting will commence at 9:00 a.m. each day. Please call this office two days before the meeting for a more specific day and time when your matter will be heard.
