The State of Colorado, Division of Purchasing, for the benefit of the Colorado
Mined Land Reclamation Division, is seeking bids for two projects to reclaim
and safeguard 80 inactive mine sites located in Teller County in and around
Cripple Creek. The work shall consist of backfilling and installing precast
concrete panels, steel grating, polyurethane foam and cable netting.
Interested Contractors should promptly return the bottom half of this memo to
the Colorado Division of Purchasing, 303 West Colfax Avenue, Suite 600, Denver,
Colorado 80203, for a set of Bid Number RN- MINES -292 (POVERTY GULCH /TENDERFOOT
PROJECT,) and RN- MINES -293 (POVERTY GULCH /GOLD HILL PROJECT) bidding documents.
On -site pre -bid meetings will be held on May 26, 1992 . All interested bidders
must attend. Bidding documents must be obtained prior to the pre -bid meeting.
Your request must be received by May 21, 1992 so bidding documents can reach
you before the pre -bid meeting.
