All seed was drilled, and no fertilizer was applied. Composition of the seed mix is described in the <br />attached page from the permit document. The total seed mix was applied to approximately 12 acres, and only <br />the shrub portion of the seed mix was applied to approximately 65 acres of disturbance area. <br />The location of specific reclamation activities are shown on the attached site map. These activities <br />were as follows: <br />1. removal of Pond 3; <br />2. removal of all site ditches; <br />3. repair of minor rill and gully areas; <br />4. reseeding o[ BLM access road; <br />S. reclamation of well pad site; <br />6. reseeding of sparsely vegetated areas; <br />7. interseeding of disturbed areas with shrubs; <br />8. mulching of newly disturbed areas. <br />Should you have questions or if you need additional information concerning this reclamation activity, <br />please do not hesitate to let me know. <br />Sincerely, <br />~L <br />V <br />Lawrence J.
