There has been no <br />reclamation work on the pits during the last gear. Areas <br />affected over the past several years have been reclaimed as part <br />of the adjoining lakes. <br />We have entered into a Lease Option Agreement with the State of <br />Colorado Department of Highways covering Gravel Pit #4A, also <br />shown on the attached map, I am enclosing a copy of the <br />agreement for your reference. <br />We requested a technical revision of the pit with your office in <br />.Iu1y of this year which was approved on August 1, 1990.
