• Projected Subsidence Impacts - 2003 <br />Subsidence impacts during 2003 are projected to be minimal based upon subsidence patterns <br />established to date. No mining is currently projected for 2002. <br />Projected Subsidence Monitoring - 2003 <br />Per the conditions of Technical Revision 16, the operator is required to inform the Division of <br />selected sites proposed for surveying for the upcoming yeaz. For the calendaz 2003 yeaz, the <br />operator proposes the following twenty (20) sites for surveying (see Map No. 2-5 appended to <br />this report): 6, 14, 15, 16, and 95; Drill hole location 55, 65, 66 and 68; structure locations in the <br />north %Z of Section 10 which will be denoted subsidence monitoring points 81, 82 and 83; and the <br />corner of Sections 9, 10, 15 and 16 designated as point 99, and seven points along the Pitkin <br />Mesa Pipeline. <br />Sites 55, 65, 66, 68, 81, 82, 83, 95 and 99 will be surveyed once during the yeaz. <br />The operator will survey the seven (7) Pitkin Mesa Pipeline monitoring locations and Stations 6, <br />14, 15 and 16 sem-annually until stability is documented. <br />I • <br />-5- <br />
