Table 1 provides a cross-reference <br />between sample ID numbers and physical monitoring points for the <br />new sample labelling system. <br />The samples collected during this time frame were from surface <br />water station RS-5, as well as the five process points. Samples <br />were not collected from monitoring wells M-9, M-12 and M-13, as the <br />motor burnt out on the sampling pump. The sample labeled <br />"9211118MG05" is a rinse blank sample. A duplicate sample was <br />collected from the upper tailings impoundment as part of the QA/QC <br />field quality control requirements. <br />At the time of the sampling e~ <br />dry.
