INTERNATIONAL URANIUM (USA) CORPORATION <br />2007 ANNUAL REPORT <br />West Sundav Mine - M-1981-021 <br />The West Sunday Mine was last operated in June 1999. The West Sunday Mine has <br />remained on "standby" since that time. During the current reporting period, no new acreage was <br />disturbed outside of the existing disturbed areas. <br />The Operator is presently evaluating resumption of mining operations at the West Sunday <br />Mine and other mines in the area. Initial site activities have included opening of the temporarily <br />closed mine portal. <br />A Plan of Operations (POO) was submitted to the San Juan Field Office of the Bureau of Land <br />Management (BLM) on April 6"', 2007 to incorporate operations at the Topaz Mine with [he existing POOs <br />for the Sunday, St. Jude, Carnation (covered under the Sunday POO), and West Sunday POO. No <br />modifications were made [o [he POO for the Wes[ Sunday under this submittal. <br />Resumption of mining activities will take place at the West Sunday Mine in May 2007. A mining <br />contractor has been mobilized to [he West Sunday Mine and rehabilitation work is underway. Denison plans <br />to mine 15,000 to 20,000 tons of ore from the West Sunday in the upcoming seasons. All mining activity <br />will be completed within the existing Reclamation l 12 Permit boundary. Any changes to the planned <br />operations and disturbances will be submitted to the Division as appropriate throughout the year. <br />
