The Issuance of the permit does <br />not assure the applicant that no injury will occur to anothef vested water rigm or preclude another owner of a vested water nght <br />from seeking relief in a civil court action. <br />2) The cons}ructlon of this well shall ba in compliance with the Water Well Construction Rules 2 CCR 402-2, unless epprwal of a <br />variance has bean granted try the State Boartl of Examiners of Water Well Construclon and Pump Instattation Corrtredon in <br />accordance with Rule 1 & <br />3) Approved pursuant to CRS 37.90.137(4) and the findings of the State Engineer dated May 15, 1997. <br />4) Production is limited to the LaramtaFOx HIAs aqu'rfer which is located et a depth of approximatey 290 teat below land surface <br />antl extends to a depth of approximatey 610 feetbelow land surtace. Permanent records of all diversions <br />must be maintained by the wall owner (recortled at least annualy) and submitted to the Division Engineer upon request. <br />10) The owner snarl mark the we!I !n a censplcuous place with wall permit numhers(s), name M the aquifer, and court case <br />numbers(s) as appropriate.
