The reference line of the submittal line indicates that the report was <br />submitted for the 1998 Annual Reclamation Report. The report itself indicates that the <br />report is submitted for activities conducted in 1999. <br />(a) Name and Address of permitee- Basin Resources, Inc. <br />3800 County Road 63.9 <br />Trinidad, Colorado 81082 <br />Permit Number. C-81-013 <br />(b) Location and number of acres disturbed during 1999: 0 <br />(c) Location and number of acres backfilled and graded during 1999: 4.3 acres. This acreage <br />correlates to the reclamation of bleeder fan access road and the bleeder fan and shaft site. <br />(d) Location and number acres topsoiled during 1999: <br />Basin resources reports that due [o the rocky terrain of the bleeder site, little topsoil was <br />available for salvage. The report indicates that the lower portion of the bleeder fan access <br />road received topsoil at a depth of 3-6 inches. This location is noted on a map. <br />
