I performed soil moisture and soil density tests <br />as requested by P1r. Price. of material being placed on the gob <br />pile using nuclear soil density test methods. Please refer to <br />the test results sheet for approximate locations and test results. <br />The test results were verbally given to Mr. Mike Price of West <br />Elk at the time of our site visit, The test results indicate <br />only the relative compaction and soil moisture content of the <br />material tested at the elevation and location tested at the time <br />of our site visit. Proctor value used to calculate relative <br />compaction was from the last sample obtained in 1988. A new <br />Proctor tests was not performed as requested by Mr. Mike Price. <br />P.O.
