Lamm <br />Governor <br />NOTICE <br />The Colorado Mine Land Reclamation Proposes to approve a technical revision <br />under the provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Act of 1979. The <br />revision request was submitted by Blue Ribbon Coal Company of P.O. Box 58, <br />Delta, Colorado for their Blue Ribbon Mine Located approximately three miles <br />up Hubbard Creek. The legal description of the mine is as follows: <br />Portions of Section 35, T12S, R91W 6th P.M. <br />Portions of Section 2 T13 S, R91W 6th P.M. <br />(Refer to Bowie Topographic Quadrangle) <br />The revision proposes to reconstruct portions of the mine bench to ensure a <br />more stable configuration. <br />Anyone adversely affected by this decision may request a formal hearing with <br />the Mined Land Reclamation Board within 10 days of this notice.
