The piezometers and stability monrnnents are
in place on the lower bench. Temporary stability monuments are in place
on the upper bench. Within one week all of the items of concern noted
in Mr. Pendletonrs recent inspection report will be taken care of.
Blue Ribbon has scheduled the cover placement and revegetation work for
September and October 1985.for the following reasons:
- It is desirable to seed and mulch the topsoil immediately after
it is placed to minimize the potential for any significant topsoil
erosion problems. To assure revegetation success the seed and
mulch will not be placed until October.
- Blue Ribbon must solicit firm price bids for the cover placement
which will take some time to accomplish.
If you have any questions please call.
Sincerely,
Larry M.
