The configuration is the same as used <br />in the $5 Mine which extended under all of the Structures and <br />Renewable Resource lands of concern (see Map 23 of Permit C-81- <br />044). Furthermore, several of the proposed monuments are outside <br />the 5 year permit term. Therefore, we feel the proposed monitoring <br />is excessive. However, as per discussions between Rick Mills and <br />Jim Pendleton, CEC will install 3 subsidence monuments adjacent to <br />Colorado Highway 13 and the Williams Fork River and above the <br />mains. These monuments are for future reference and will be <br />surveyed in and their locations and elevations reported once in our <br />subsidence monitoring report.
