Hydrology RepoK • 20
7.0 LOADOUT AREA SURFACE WATER
As in previous years, there was no discharge from the treatment facilities at the
Loadout (Site 319) during 1991. The flood plain surrounding the Loadout Area
and the irrigation ditch (Site 320) immediately north of the area did carry water.
Four sites (316, 317, 318 and 320) were monitored weekly during March
through June, and monthly thereafter.
Loadout Area surface water field data are contained in Exhibit 1, 1991 Field Data
and the laboratory analyses are presented in Exhibit 8, Loadout Area Surface
Water Quality Analyses. These data are summarized in Table 8, 1991 Surface
Water Statistics-Sample Sites. The seasonal variations inflow and water quality
at sites 316, 317, 318 and 320 are illustrated in Exhibit 9, 1991 Loadout Area
Surface Water Hydrographs. As above, these hydrographs show that indicator
parameters are generally related to the rate of flow. Please note that data
points shown as zero on the hydrographs, for flow, indicate either no flow or a
trace. For quality parameters, zero indicates that the value was below
laboratory detection limits. Please refer to Table 8, Surface Water Statistics -
Sample Sites and Table 6, Surface Water Statistics, Surface Discharge Points
for actual values.
ACZ Irtr. • P.O.
