(the "Act"). as amended, provides that no permit may be issued under the Act until the Mined Land Reclamati~7n Board (the "Board") receives a Financial Warranty (or Warranties) as described in the Act. WHEREAS, Climax Molybdentun COY (the "Operator"). a Delaware Henderson Mine corporation, has applied for a permit to conduct a mmmg operation latotin as Can _ (the "Operation"), on certain lands in ~,~~~ ~ _ County, Colorado.
