Although total dissolved solids, dissolved <br /> sulfate, and bicarbonate contents were sharply higher in surface water samples <br /> than they were in 1988, this is likely due to lower precipitation and <br /> reservoir water levels as stated in the report. <br /> It is noted that laboratory results for the annual mine water sample were not <br /> submitted with the report.
