Annual Reclamation Report Permit No. C-84-065
Reference: Your letter of January 25, 2000, same subject
Deaz Mr. Stover:
Thank you for the subject report. The Division recognizes that there may be some adjustment to
numbers in future Annual Reclamation Reports as a result of the review requested of you (Item 22)
in the 1999 Midterm Review. However, the 5 acres allotted to long-term mining or reclamation
facilities is not likely to change (azeas of permanent roads, the sedimentation pond, and the two
topsoil stockpiles), and the rest has been seeded.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Yours truly,
' ~ /l l~~.ut
By~~t G.KWalker
Environmental Protection Specialist
CC: Dan Hernandez
Files: {999 ARR, C-81-025
C:\ W PDOCS\CoalRidge\arrrvw991tr.065.doc
