11. Comments: The 112 Reclamation Permit. M-1999-120. was amended this vear. approval was
granted February 10. 2005. The amendment added 212 acres to the permit. We have attached both
a vicinity map and an extraction plan map which show the amendment areas this year's mining
seeding and reclamation and also next year's projected mining area. A brief description of this past
year's activities follows: The actual mining operations this vear were of course all within the originally
permitted area. We mined father east to complete the southeast section, and then mined much of the
northeast section of the orioinal area. The southeast corner of the site has been partially reclaimed
with 3:1 slopes Temporary berms and topsoil stockpiles have been seeded with a temporary seed
mix. The berms are located along the eastern and southeastern borders and the stockpile is located
in the northwest corner of the original permit area. The ground surtace above the slurry wall has
been permanently seeded along the western and southwestern borders. Next vear, we plan to mine
the north-middle section of the original area Please see the attached maps for reference.
