Fees are based <br />upon a sched le of X350.00 if the operation is an open mining operation and <br />X215.00 for 'any other operation. Also, please include the <br />required Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Operations (Annual Report) to <br />bring the Division up-to-date as to the progress of mining and reclamation on <br />the site. Ii'-~ you cannot include these materials with the fees, please <br />incidate on the enclosed sheet how soon we should expect to receive the <br />material.
