(Quarry has reached permitted <br />depth). <br />Currently Western Aggregates TXI Boulder has about 15 acres of quarry open to <br />mining. <br />Western Aggregates is planning to advance the quarry to the south three-seven acres <br />in the coming months concurrent with reclamation on the northeast and north faces <br />or the quazry. <br />Western Aggregates is currently slopping the north side of the quarry, to the proper <br />Grade and will seed the area. Future plans include the relocation of the pond area to the <br />South side of the existing pond. This change is anticipated in the spring of 2007, provided <br />reclamation goes well this winter. <br />Western Aggregates continues to aggressively work on the Knapp weed issue. A <br />cooperative Knapp weed program with our neighbors has been successful and includes all <br />of TXI Boulder's leased and fee property. <br />
