The Operator (Cheyenne County) files this Notice of Intent to Continue Sand and
Gravel Operations at the Munsch Pit M-2000-018.
According to C.R.S. 34-32.5-116 or C.R.S. 34-32-116, an updated map is included
as:
1. 11,250 cubic yards was mined 5-2000 / 5-2001.
2. Noland was reclaimed in 5-2000 to 5-2001.
3. Operator intends to keep this pit open and will use it in the future.
4. Estimates of 10,000 to 12,000 yards will be mined 5-2001/5-2002.
The $281.00 fee is enclosed.
