<br />Dudash <br />Page 3 <br />December 16, 1999 <br />The following parameters were not provided for the required spring monitoring for the remainder of <br />the year: <br />• Quarterly flow and field parameters, and annual water quality analysis for Spring 10-10. <br />Fourth quarter flow and field parameters, and annual water quality for Spring 10-13. <br />Monthly flow and field parameters for December for Springs 31 and 32. <br />• Annual water quality analysis for Spring & Pond 7-1. <br />• Quarterly flow and field parameters, and annual water quality for Spring 1-5. <br />The Division notes that field parameters and analyses were reported for several springs that are not <br />part of the required monitoring program including: Spring No.'s 24, 21, 22, 7-10, 8-5, and 14~. <br />8. BRL indicates that there is no winter monitoring/access for the majority of ponds. <br />However, the following parameters were not provided for the required pond monitoring for the <br />remainder of the yeaz: <br />• Quarterly flow and field parameters for second quarter, and annual water quality <br />analysis for Pond 3-6. <br />• Water levels for the fourth quarter for the majority of ponds, with the exception of Pond <br />89. <br />The Division notes that field parameters and analyses were reported for several ponds that are not <br />part of the required monitoring program including: Ponds 14-1, 14-3, and 11-8. <br />c: Larry Routten <br />mt/coal~-.~pb~bovl gBFA.- <br />
