Box 1430
Palisade, Colorado 81526
RE: 1994 Annual Hydrologic Report and 1994 Annual Reclamation
Report (File C-81-041)
Dear Mr. Reschke:
The Division recently received a copy of the 1994 Annual
Reclamation Report, and a request for extension for submittal of
the 1994 Annual Hydrology Report.
The Annual Reclamation Report appears to contain all information
required by Rule 2.04.13. A detailed review of the information
included in the report will be conducted in conjunction with the
mid-term permit review which we will be initiating next month.
In accordance with your request, we will extend the submittal
deadline for the 1994 Annual Hydrology Report to May 31, 1995, to
allow for the implementation of the hydrologic data base referenced
in your letter. It is important that the report be submitted by
the end of May at the latest, to allow sufficient time for us to
evaluate the report as a component of the mid-term review. If you
find that the data base program will require further refinement
such that the deadline might not be met, we would request that the
report be submitted in the format used in the past, or that other
measures be taken to ensure that the deadline is met.
Please contact me if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
'.. ~ ~ ~/
Dan T.
