The remaining marketable new materials on the Henderson Devel.oQment <br />property have been mined and processed. <br />2. Topsoils are being distributed over all of the areas to be reclaimed in <br />accordance with our Reclamation Plan. Topsoil has been placed on the Easterly <br />slope and is ready to be seeded. <br />3. [•tining operations are continuing to the north. The berm between Sandy <br />Acres and Henderson Development is approximate.l.;~ 60~ complete. <br />4. Hopefully, we will finish the topsoiling on the Henderson Development in <br />June of 1990. At that point the necessary planting and seeding should be <br />accomplished and the reclamation process completed. <br />Please refer to the amendment to our application dated September 1987. This <br />modification relates to the utilization of the :iandy Acres property for a clean <br />fill operation. This application was completed and approved by both Adams <br />County and the Mined Land Reclamation Division.
