Banta.
Division Dnector
I have reviewed the letter report submitted by Minrec, Inc. on behalf of the
Blue Ribbon Coal Mine. The survey results of the Ncvember 16, 1990
observations indicate that the bench continues to be structurally stable.
Based upon my observations, this past relatively dry summer appears to have
allowed the surface soil cover to stabilize. The performance of the bench
next spring should indicate whether the affected repairs will survive for the
long term.
•
