<br />Annual fees are due for your permit for 1988, in accordance with the new Mined <br />Land Reclamation Act, if your anniversary date fell between July 1 and <br />December 31, 1988 or are due on your permit for 1989 if your anniversary date <br />fell between January 1 and October 31, 1989. <br />If your records indicate different facts, please inform this office as soon as <br />possible; otherwise, we will expect to receive the annual fees as required by <br />the new statute on or before your anniversary date. Also, please include the <br />required annual report to bring the Divsion up-to-date as to the conditions at <br />the site. If you cannot include these materials with the fees, please <br />indicate on the enclosed sheet how soon we should expect to receive the <br />material, If you have any questions regarding the annual report or fees, <br />please direct your questions to Diana Heyer for review of your file and <br />resolution of any problems. <br />Please ignore this notice if you have already forwarded your remittance and <br />annual report to us. <br />Sincerely, <br />Fred R.
