Surface disturbance remains the same as originally permitted; <br />however, one vent hole area has not been utilized (see enclosed map). <br />No new surface disturbance is anticipated during the coming year. <br />As all permitted acreage is used during operations, reclamation of <br />this property cannot begin until the mine is closed. <br />Routine surveillance and maintenance of the area is being carried <br />out to maintain the mine in an operable condition. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me at our Nucla office. <br />Sincerely, <br />1~:ltd/.c-u <br />W.
