This well was in long term stand-by
status and since both casings have failed Mechanical Integrity Testing American Soda plugged
the short string casing from the cast iron bridge plug which is set at 1615 feet to surface and
the long string casing from the cast iron bridge plug which is set at 1610 feet to surface. The
well casings were plugged on October 25, 2006.
The well heads are scheduled to be cut down below surface, capped and labeled on
November 20, 2006.
Attached are the EPA Plugging and Abandonment form, BLM Sundry Notice and Halliburton
and Cudd field logs.
If you have any questions or require more information concerning this matter please contact
me at 970-319 -5386.
cc: Kent
Erica
Delivering a Crystal Clear Advantage
www.americansoda.corn
