This mine does not <br />have a phased reclamation plan. There were no additional acres <br />affected during this report year. The mine shop building was <br />removed from the site. Also, Umetco is in the process of removing <br />the earthen materials pile that has been stockpiled between the <br />mine waste dump and the county road.
