submit annual faes in the amount of $350.00 to keep the permit for
'k your mining operation current. Since you have not provided us with any
information that would change the debt, the amount owed must be paid in
accordance with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, Article 32 of Title
34, C.R.S. 197.3, as amended. By not answering our request, you will make it
necessary for us to refer the debt to the State of Colorado Attorney General
for collection action.
