This letter is to inform you that your company is the apparent low bidder on
Project RN -MINES -292, the Poverty Gulch /Tenderfoot Project. To complete the
process of bid award, you must send the following information to me within ten
(10) calendar days from receipt of this notice:
1) A certificate of insurance in the amounts given in Number 5 of the
General Conditions, and the additional amounts stipulated in the
three -way "Agreement for Reclamation Activities ". The certificate
of insurance must show the State of Colorado as an additional
insured. You must also supply an insurance certificate for:
Mr. Edgar T. Hunter, Pikes Peak Mining Company, P.O. Box 191,
Victor, Colorado 80860. The certificate must name Pikes Peak
Mining Company as an additional insured, must include a waiver of
subrogation for Pikes Peak Mining Company, and provide for 30 days
notification of cancellation.
2) A project schedule, as specifies in Number 7 of the General
Conditions.
3) A performance bond and a labor and materials payment bond in the
amounts of 100 percent and 100 percent respectively of the bid
amount (562,364.22). The bonds must be submitted using the State
forms. Copies are enclosed.
4) All signed copies of the enclosed three -way ".Agreement for
Reclamation Activities ".

When the above documents have been submitted and found to be in ordei, a
purchase order will be issued and a notice to proceed will be given.
