Monitoring well ~I-i-700 has been corrected to reflect required monthly level and field parameter measurement and quarterly lab analyses. Water quality samples have been unobtainable at DH-700 since 1983. o Monitoring frequency requirements in 'Table 1 for oolluvial groundwater monitoring wells designated as SM-1 thrax~ SM- 11 have been corrected to reflect monthly flow and field '~ parameter measurement, and quarterly lab analyses per Permit No. C-81-038, Volume 1, Part 2.05, page 126. 'The required data was collected and reported in the 1990 AF~2. o Reference to station P9000 has been deleted from Table 1 as monitoring of this pond is not required. o Stations SP0605, SP1211, and SP1307 are inwrcrectly designated in the 1990 AHR. the stations should be referred to as P0605, P1211, and P1307 to maintain consistency with previous reporting and permit tables. New data s,mm~ries with the correct site designations will be generated and forwarded to CMrun for inclusion/replacement in the 1990 AHR doc~nnent.
