2003 Annual Reclamation Report and Filing Fees

In compliance with CRS 34-32-226 (3) and 34-32-127 (2)(a)(II)(A-D) of the Colorado
Mined Land Reclamation Act, please find attached a summary of the 2003 reclamation
work and activities at the Bulldog Reclamation Project. Afso enclosed is a check in the
amount of $550.00 for the related annual filing fees.
Please note on the attached "ANNUAL FEE and REPORT REQUEST" form that all
