Colowyo conducts quarterly inspections of sediment ponds, the washbay pond, the
Taylor pump holding pond and the stockponds located on reclaimed azeas.
During 1999 Technical Revision 41 was approved which changed the operation of ali ten of the
sedimentation ponds from structures that provide containment of the design event to structures
which provide treatment of the design event. During 1999 all pond outlet structures needing
modification (such as perforated riser pipes) was completed.
Response
Sediment Ponds, Washbay Ponds and Taylor Pump Holding Pond.
The Sediment Pond Inspection Reports aze found in Exhibit 2.
